Hiring Performance Improvement Ltd is a consultancy that helps employers to improve organisational performance and create competitive advantage. 

Red Dot Interactive were employed to develop a clean contemporary image that not only looked professional but also provided a feel good factor, hence the design was kept simple with the main focus being the photography. As this was a new company, RDi did not have a style guide or sample designs to work from, just a logo.
